The World Health Organization will send a research team to China early next month to investigate COVID-19's origin and how the virus supposedly jumped from animals to humans.
Around a dozen international experts will conduct research in Wuhan for about six weeks, including a two week quarantine period.
They plan to examine samples collected by Chinese researchers, interview locals, and build on their own, initial studies.
