An oil tanker at Jeddah port in Saudi Arabia has been hit by a boat,... packed full of explosives.
The Singaporean shipping company Hafnia said,... one of its BW Rhine vessels was hit by an unidentified "external source".
The blast caused a fire, forcing all twenty-two sailors on board to escape.
Saudi's energy ministry described the incident a terrorist attack.
Another tanker was damaged in a mine attack,... just last month.
That attack was blamed on Yemen's Houthi rebels,... which opposes the Saudi coalition for supporting their rival Yemen government.
