N. Korean leader Kim Jong-un presides over meeting in first appearance in over 3 weeks

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un presided over a politburo meeting of the Workers' Party on Sunday,... making his first public appearance in more than three weeks.
Kim harshly criticized a party committee from Pyeongyang University of Medicine for committing "a serious crime", the details of which were not mentioned, and added the party should root out such "anti-socialist behavior."
Also discussed were measures against COVID-19, but there were no comments on the U.S. Presidential election.
Kim's sister Kim Yo-jong was also at the meeting.
