Two national polls show Biden leading by 10% after Trump diagnosed with COVID-19

On the election front, two opinion polls in the U.S. show Joe Biden has opened his widest lead in a month in the presidential race following President Trump's positive COVID-19 test result.
According to the Reuters and Ipsos national polls,... 51 percent back Biden while 41 percent favor Trump.
That is 1 to 2 percentage points higher than the leads Biden has posted over the past several weeks.
The polls also show the majority of Americans think President Trump could have avoided the infection if he had taken it more seriously.
