That's what Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min delivered Sunday against Southampton during an English Premier League match.
After leveling the match at one-a-piece with his late first half goal,...
the South Korean went on to score three more times in the second half to lead Tottenham to a 5-2 victory.
Thanks to his scoring blitz,... the South Korean international now leads the EPL in goals this season,... after just two league matches.
With his teammate Harry Kane assisting Son for all four of his goals,... Kane also leads the league in assists.
Son's performance is a career highlight... and also makes him just the second Asian footballer to score a hattrick since Manchester United's Shinji Kagawa in 2013.
Last season,... Son set a career high with 11 goals and 10 assists in the EPL,... as well as 18 goals and 12 assists in all competitions.
