In Major League Baseball, Kim Kwang-hyun of the St. Louis Cardinals came back from injury Monday... to pitch seven shutout innings against the Milwaukee Brewers.
The Cardinals went on to lose two to one at Miller Park, but Kim struck out a career-high six batters.
Kim has now been starting pitcher for five games.
For those five, his earned run average stands at zero-point-three-three... which ESPN says is the second best for a pitcher's first five starts... since 1913, when official records began.
