N. Korea issued shoot-to-kill order along China border to stop COVID-19

To stop the coronavirus from getting in, North Korea has reportedly dispatched a special strike force to shoot and kill anyone trying to cross the border from China.
This is according to the commander of U.S. Forces Korea, General Robert Abrams,... who spoke to AFP, saying that demand has risen in the North for smuggled goods since the border with China was closed in January.
Abrams said the closure of the border has put even more pressure on the North,... effectively strengthening the effects of the economic sanctions on the regime.
General Abrams ruled out the possibility of any major provocations from Pyeongyang in the near future.
