Embattled Malindi Member of Parliament Aisha Jumwa has been released on a 5 million shillings bond or a 2 million shillings cash bail, after she was this morning arraigned in a Mombasa court. Mombasa chief magistrate Edna Nyaloti while delivering the ruling said the court could not deny the Mp bond as she was not a flight risk and the prosecution had not proven so.
