S. Korea to expand education on digital media to prepare for post-COVID era

South Korea plans to expand education programs to help people achieve digital literacy... in preparation for the post-coronavirus era... in which digital and non-contact lifestyles are expected to become even more prevalent.
In a briefing Thursday, the Korea Communications Commission explained... that the ongoing digital transformation could intensify socioeconomic inequality, and it could lead to more fake information and cyber bullying.
It said... from now on... the government is going to provide more facilities and devices to educate people on how to effectively make use of digital media, discern facts from fake information, and how to practice good ethics.
