Staying with that,... here in Seoul, it's been on-and-off with heavy rain in the early hours this morning.
With the rising water levels in the Han river, the Jamsu Bridge, linking the southern and the nothern parts of the capital has been closed to pedestrians and drivers, as well as other roadways as precautionary measures.
And that's where our Jang Tae-hyun joins us this morning for a clearer picture of what we're looking at.
Tae-hyun, so the Jamsu Bridge still remains under restriction?

Semin, I've been here at the Jamsu Bridge for two hours and it keeps on raining.
My shoes are soaked and even this umbrella won't keep me dry.
This bridge has been restricted as of Sunday 6 PM, meaning no cars or any other vehicle to permitted to use it.
Last night, this bridge was almost flooded... water level reaching around seven meters.
If the level is five-point-five meters, people aren't allowed to walk across the bridge.
And if it's over six-point-two meters, no cars are allowed.
The water level right now is around six-point-five meters.
People will also have to be aware about the traffic information as there's the possibility of road blocks.
Dongbu Expressway and interchange roads in Banpo and Jamwon are closed.
Some of parks near the Hangang river has been flooded and people should refrain from going down there.
