Parents have been asked to allow their children to actively participate in acting and other form of arts that will keep their minds engaged and avoid getting involved in crime. At the same time the youths have been challenged to avoid engaging in destructive behaviors which may ruin their lives such as substance abuse and engaging in premarital sex.
