Nairobi Metropolitan Services Director General Major General Mohammed Badi has rubbished Nairobi Governors Mike Sonko's move to stamp his authority at the helm of the county politics. Badi says the NMS is still in charge of Nairobi affairs and no amount of chest thumping will shake the unit. Sonko had on Friday indicated that he was pulling out of the deal that transferred some county functions to the new outfit, at some point saying that he was inebriated when he signed the transfer of functions deed.
