오늘부터 전국서 QR코드 전자출입명부 의무화

Starting today mandatory QR code-scans will be required for all entrants to entertainment facilities across South Korea to help health authorities track down customers should further COVID-19 transmissions occur within such venues.
This means those wanting to enter facilities deemed high-risk,... like nightclubs, bars, singing rooms and gyms,... will be required to scan a QR code to share their personal data before entering.
QR entry logs have already been introduced at such facilities in the greater Seoul area.
Health officials will conduct on-site inspections to make sure businesses are complying with the guidelines.
Violators will be fined up to two-and-a-half thousand U.S. dollars.
