미 상원, 중국 제재하는 '홍콩자치법' 만장일치 통과

The U.S. Senate has passed a bill by unanimous consent that would punish China for suppressing Hong Kong's democratic freedom.
Dubbed the 'Hong Kong Autonomy Act', Washington can impose sanctions on businesses and individuals that help mainland China restrict Hong Kong's autonomy.
It can also impose secondary boycotts on banks that transact with them as well as restrict Chinese government officials and Hong Kong police directly.
The bill will take effect once it passes the House of Representatives before going to President Trump's desk for his signature.
