Firefighters freed a man's head from the guardrails in southeastern China.

The video, filmed in Yuehu District in Yingtan, Jiangxi Province on June 7, shows the firemen trying to use a hydraulic shear to cut the railing.

According to reports, the man attempted to take a shortcut by going through the guardrails to cross the road but got his head trapped in between the railings.

Fortunately, the man was not injured seriously. The video was provided by the local fire brigade.
