A car ended up on a house roof after smashing through the guardrails and falling off the road in eastern China.

The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province on November 26, shows the white car suddenly smashing into the guardrails and falling off the road, landing on a house roof.

The driver was reportedly climbing out of the car by himself and he was not injured.

According to the preliminary judgment, the driver pressed the accelerator by mistake when he was about to park the car on the roadside. The case is in further investigation.
