57 Years Later And Many Kenyans Cannot Access Quality Healthcare

As Kenya marks 57 years of internal self-rule, one of the sectors that does not have much to show is the health sector. With four consecutive governments promising to fight poverty and improve access to health, many Kenyans still grapple with the effects of out pocket expenditure to access quality health services while others cannot afford to pay or access, raising questions as to when the country be able to care for the economically disadvantaged in the society.
