The mayors of some 40 cities including Seoul, Jakarta, Amsterdam, London and Vancouver, will meet online on Tuesday to discuss measures to tackle COVID-19
As part of the 2020 Global Summit, hosted by the city of Seoul, the meeting will focus on creating a global organization and information-sharing platform between the cities.
And to stress the importance of cooperation and solidarity in overcoming the current crisis, the members will introduce a 'Seoul Declaration'.
The video conference starts at 10PM, Korean time, and will be livestreamed online by the Seoul city government’s YouTube channels as well as by Arirang TV, with simultaneous interpretation in English and Korean.
