S. Korea's tourism revenue shrinks to lowest in over 9 years in March amid COVID-19 outbreak

South Korea's tourism revenue tumbled to a nine-year-low in March due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Korea Culture and Tourism Institute says tourism revenue came to an estimated 730 million U.S. dollars in March.
That's down two-thirds on-year, and the lowest figure since January 2011.
Spending by outbound travelers in March also fell 60 percent.
The number of foreign tourists to South Korea tumbled nearly 95 percent on-year in March, and outbound tourists almost 94 percent.
