The total number of coronavirus cases around the world has now topped 3 million, according to Johns Hopkins University - approximately a third of that are in the U.S.
The Washington Post reports... the CDC has sent the White House a new set of guidelines for states to follow when they choose to ease the current restrictions... in order to reopen the American economy.
The guidelines say, for example, that churches should do collections online, restaurants should use disposable menus and plates, and schools should put desks six feet apart.
These recommendations have yet to be revised and officially released by the White House, but reports say they could come out in the next seven days.
