1. Push up 10 reps
2. Squat 10 reps
3. Lunge 10 reps each side
4. Side lunge 10 reps each side
5. Jump squat 10 reps
6. Clamshells 10 reps each side
7. Donkey kick 10 reps each side
8. Overhead pulled apart + twist 10 reps each side
9. Rowing 10 reps
10. Rear delt row + core stability 10 reps each side
11. Lateral raise 10 reps
12. Front raise 10 reps
13. Upright row 10 reps
14. Triceps extension 10 reps each side
15. Biceps curl 10 reps
16. Bicycle crunch 20 reps
