Home workouts


1. 25 Bench touch high knees
2. 25 Squats
3. 25 Box jump
4. 10 Single leg elevated bridge each side
5. 20 Alternate step up each leg
6. 20 Elevated push-ups
7. 15 Bulgarian split squat each leg
8. 20 Triceps dips
9. 10 Side to side Legs raise
10. 10 Burpees
11. 10 Up/down V-tuck Crunch
12. 10 Pistols squats each leg
13. 1 min Rope skipping

2-3 Sets

Take between 1-2min of rest then repeat
For the 2nd set decrease the amount of reps by 5 for each exercises higher than 10 reps.
And finally the last set decrease the amount of reps for all exercises by 5 more.
