South Korea's largest automaker Hyundai Motor has resumed operations at its plant in the Russian city of St. Petersburg,... which was shut down last month in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
Citing sources,... Russia's TASS News Agency reported the factory will resume operation from April 13th to the 17th with a skeleton staff of just one set of shift workers from the original threes.
It added the company will decide what to do next at a later date.
Hyundai Motor has been operating its St. Petersburg plant since 2011.
It has the capacity to manufacture 230-thousand cars annually.
