Kneeling Pullover & Press 235lb!

Even with all the previous dips & Pullups, I was still able to hit a nice 10lb PR! I am simply Blessed!! Yep, no leg drive on these: its ALL upper body!! 1st set was 185lb before the 235lb. Not a bunch of warming up needed after all the aforementioned Dips & Pullups.
