Kneeling Pullover & Press 95lb

Tried out a new exercise today. Pretty much get into position for a Kneeling Squat, lay ALL THE WAY down, pull over the weight and Press. What a great stretch in the Quads!! The weight keeps me honest by forcing me to stay down in that full stretch. Got to love how simple it is to stay mobile & strong!! Praise the Lord!!
