Typhoon Kammuri aftermath leaves rapid floods in the Philippines
  • 4 years ago
Footage shows the aftermath of Typhoon Kammuri in the Philippines today (December 5).

The Abuan river in Ilagan, Isabela has swollen and burst its banks after consecutive days of heavy rain from the deadly storm.

The typhoon has moved out of the country but torrential floodwater still continues to flow from the mountains into the river.

Huge logs and uprooted trees are washed away with it, piling waste onto a bridge in the region.

Residents are discouraged from crossing the bridge, but it's the only road that connects their town to the national highways.
