The Philippines evacuates more than 200,000 people ahead of Typhoon Kammuri

Typhoon Kammuri made landfall on the Philippines’ southern island of Luzon on December 2, 2019. It brought heavy rainfall and strong winds gusting up to 240km/h (149mph). A storm signal 3 on the local five-level warning system was raised.
