Rain and snow to continue in many regions, way higher highs
  • 4 years ago
Good afternoon. Seoul saw its first snow of the season early this morning. We need to keep an umbrella handy as light showers will stick around for most of the day in many regions. The mountainous parts of Gangwon-do Province will see 1 to 3 centimeters of snow, while the rest will see light sprinkles here and there.
Rain clouds are forecast to stay with us through mid-afternoon in Seoul and parts of Gangwon-do Province, while Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsang-buk-do Provinces and the surrounding areas will see rain from this evening.
Temperature-wise, highs will go way higher than yesterday to the mid-teens but wind and dark skies will make it feel a lot chillier while rain-free regions could see some sunshine.
Higher than average temperatures are in store for the weekend, but colder weather returns again next week. So you might want to take out your winter wardrobe.
That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
