Seoul sees season's first snow, morning sleet in store

Good morning. Seoul saw the season's first snow overnight, which came 9 days earlier than last year. We are still seeing freezing rain in the capital area this morning so drive with extra care.
We will need an umbrella handy, sleet could been seen in the upper regions. The mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province will see 1 to 3 centimeters of snow, while the rest will see light sprinkles here and there.
Temperatures in the capital are kicking off higher than yesterday but southern provinces are having a colder morning. Daegu starts at minus 2 degrees,... but highs will go way higher than yesterday to the mid-teens.
Gyeongju and Chuncheon are waking up to a day at minus 2 degrees Celsius. Winds are making it feel a lot chillier so dress in layers.
Double digit highs are in store. Rain clouds will stay with us through mid-afternoon in Seoul, its surrounding regions and Gangwon-do Province,... while Chunghcheong-do Provinces will see rain into tonight.
