Busy morning rush hour expected in Seoul due to snow flurries

Winter conditions are forcasted for this morning,... with snow coming down in Gyeonggi-do Province and the rest of the central region.
With as much as five centimeters of snow could be piling up in some areas,... officials say traffic could be congested during the morning rush hour and are advising people to take public transportation where possible.
While the snow is expected to stop in the afternoon,... weather experts say temperatures will drop sharply with a continental cold front coming in from the northwest,.. so dress warmly.
