Wildfires raging across Australia are showing no signs of dying down.
A severe fire danger warning is in place for parts of Queensland,... with firefighters on Wednesday struggling to put out more than 80 bushfires in the area.
Immediate evacuation orders were in place for the worst-hit areas,... including Noosa North Shore where residents were forced to evacuate homes for the second time in a week.
New South Wales, meanwhile,...remains in a state of emergency,... with 76 active fires as of Wednesday.
Authorities say severe weather conditions over the weekend could worsen the situation.
The raging fires, which began in New South Wales last week, have killed at least three people and destroyed around 150 properties.
