Chilly temperatures stay around

Good morning. Dress warmly on your way out, the thermometer is pointing at just below 8 degrees Celsius but the wind is making it feel colder than the actual temperature. Imagine how cold it's going to be this evening as colder wind surges in dragging down the low to just 1 degree Celsius in Seoul tomorrow morning.
For a closer look at today's temperatures, single digit morning lows in most regions and plenty of sun is in store, but those of us in central regions could see higher levels of fine dust this morning.
It will feel cool all day, lows will be a couple notches lower than Wednesday. Seoul will get up to 14, Jeju at 18 degrees.
Friday which is Ipdong, the beginning of winter according to traditional calendar will be a cold one. The we have rain in store on Sunday which will linger into next Monday.
