Hyderabadi Mutton Kardhi
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Yogurt ½ kg
Gram flour ½ cup
Almond powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coconut milk ½ cup
Salt to taste
Onion 1
Ingredients for green spices:
Green chilies 8-10
Cumin 1 tsp
Green coriander 30 gm
Ingredients for Tarka:
Onion 1
Whole red chilies 8-10
Crushed garlic 2 tsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10
Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil add onion fry well. Add green spices, turmeric and salt cook on low flame. In a bowl add yogurt, mix gram flour and coconut milk. Beat well. Add mutton with almonds cook. Apply tarka on it. For tarka heat oil add onion, whole red chilies, crushed garlic, nigella seeds, cumin and curry leaves cook well. Blend all ingredients of green spices.

Berry Mousse Shake:
Ingredients:
Berries 2 cup
Cream ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Condensed milk 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Ice cubes as required
Method:
Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour in glass and serve.

Bajray kay Kabab
Ingredients:
Beef minced ½ kg
Green onion 3
Tomatoes 1
Green coriander 30 gm
Green chilies ground 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Crushed coriander ½ tsp
Crushed red chili ½ tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Pearl millets flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients in beef minced and keep in fridge for marinate around 2 hour.
Form round kabab from mixture. Heat oil in pan and golden fry them. Serve with chutney.
