Cold Coffee:

Ingredients:
Coffee 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Milk chilled 2 cups
Cream 2 tbsp
Ice-cream as required

Method:
take a mixer pour coffee ,water, sugar, milk chilled, cream, ice cube blend until smooth add ice cream blends 1-2time ready pour in glass n garnish.

Coconut Chicken With Herb Rice:
Ingredients
Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1-1/2tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Water 3 cup
Green chilies 5-6
Coconut milk powder 50 gm
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili 1-1/2 tsp
Peanut butter 1-1/2tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Cream 3-4 tbsp
For Garnish:
Green coriander chopped for garnish
Ginger Julienned for garnish
Green chilies Julienned for garnish
METHOD
Take a pot pour water then coconut milk powder mix well chicken boneless, green chili ,garlic ,ginger paste mix well switch on flame .bring it to boil. Cover and cook on medium flame for 15- 20min or until chicken is tender. Add coriander powder, black pepper, salt and red chili cook for 2- 3 min then add peanut butter ,oil cook until oil separate turn off flame .add cream turn on flame cook for 2 -3 mint then garnish.


For Garlic Herb Rice:
Rice 250 gm
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Butter 2-3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1-1/2 tbsp
Mixed herb 1/2tsp
Method
Take a pot add oil n butter garlic chopped sauté then add boil rice add mixed herb mix well water sprinkle let it simmer on low flame for 5 min.

Dhaba Style Chana Daal:
Ingredients:
Gram lentil boiled 1-1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Cumin 2 tsp
Clove 3
Cinnamon stick 1
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato Chopped 1
Onion chopped 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Green chili chopped 2-3
Water 1/2 cup
Garam masla powder 1 tsp
FOR TARKA :
Oil 1/4 cup
Curry leaves 9 -10
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
For Garnish:
Coriander leaves chopped for garnish
Ginger julienned for garnish
METHOD:
Take a pot add oil ,zeera,clove,cinnamon stick,onion chopped fry until light golden .add garlic ,tomato,lal mirchi,namak,dhaniya powder,turmeric powder,greenchill cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft .add daal ,water garam masla cover and cook on low flame for 8 -10 mins.
