Pres. Moon calls off his trip to Mexico with cancellation of APEC summit

On his way to Chile for the APEC summit, President Moon was going to make an official visit to Mexico, but that's now been called off as well.
The president was going to be in Mexico for two days for bilateral talks with President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
Blue House Spokesperson Ko Min-jung told reporters on Friday,... that the decision was made after discussions with the Mexican government, which expressed its understanding.
