It's going to be a cold one tomorrow morning,... Seoul waking up to 6 degrees Celsius, while the southern regions are expected to see morning lows in the low to mid-teens.
Into the day under sunny spells,... Seoul tops 15, Daegu 18, Busan 20 and Jeju hits 18 degrees.
