Iran's strategic patience over as Europe fails to implement JCPOA: Zarif

Iran's top diplomat says Tehran has run out of strategic patience after European countries failed to honor its commitments to the 2015 nuclear deal.
Speaking at the Iran-South Africa joint commission meetings in Tehran on Wednesday, Mohammad Javad Zarif said Iran hasn't witness any effective measures,... while it has remained fully committed to Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and that Europe proved to be unable to honor its commitments.
The Iranian official added Tehran began a phased reduction of commitments to the agreement in response.
Ever since the U.S. withdrawal of the nuclear deal last May,... European countries have practically ended trade with Iran.
