South Korea rolls out new measures to deal with fine dust pollution

South Korea has introduced new measures to tackle fine dust pollution.
The Ministry of Environment says if ultrafine dust pollution reaches a "severe" level,... a nationwide temporary holiday will be announced.
Such level is declared when the amount of particulate matter smaller than 2-point-5 micrometers in diameter holds over 400 micrograms for longer than two hours and it's forecast to exceed 200 micrograms the following day.
Also under the "severe" level, all private vehicles will be forced to follow a two-day rotation system, which means that cars with license plates that end in odd numbers will be allowed on the roads only on odd days, whereas ones with even numbers will can be driven out only on even days.
