America's United Parcel Service will officially launch the country's first drone delivery airline.
The achievement comes after the Federal Aviation Administration granted the company Part 135 Standard certification,...which allows UPS to fly drones that carry loads exceeding 25 kilograms...even during the night.
UPS plans to start delivering packages to hospitals and then eventually expand to other industries,...so it will take some time until regular customers can enjoy residential drone deliveries.
