Pres. Moon orders prosecution to draw up plan for its own reform

President Moon asked Prosecutor-General Yoon Seok-yeol... to draw up his own agency's reform plan -- one that will help the prosecution earn the public's trust
The proposals would complement those of the Justice Minister.
"I also call on the Prosecutor-General. I ask that he listen to a range of public opinion and draw up measures that will help the prosecution gain the people's trust by gathering different opinions from young prosecutors, female prosecutors and prosecutors from the detective and trial departments."
This is coming from him while receiving a briefing today from the Justice Minister... on his reform plans.
Moon wants prosecutorial reform to begin immediately after the investigations surrounding Cho are concluded.
The President urged the two sides to work together the Ministry of Justice focusing on legal reforms,... and the prosecution on changing how it exercises its powers
Chief prosecutor Yoon, however, was not at the meeting.
