Lawmakers at South Korea's National Assembly will kick off a four-day question and answer session this afternoon with top government officials.
During the four days,... rival lawmakers will be quizzing the officials on a range of topics,... from politics and diplomatic affairs to the economic issues.
Today's session will focus on political matters.
Likely to take center stage will be newly-appointed Justice Minister Cho Kuk,... as a probe is underway into his family over corruption allegations.
The conservative opposition has vowed to use the session to highlight that Cho is not fit for the job,... while the ruling party is likely to defend him and question him on his ideas for reforming the prosecution.
