The men's national football teams of South and North Korea will play each other next month in a World Cup qualifier in Pyeongyang the first match of its kind in 29 years.
It'll be on October 15th.
The Korea Football Association in Seoul said Tuesday... it was notified of the plan by the Asian Football Confederation, which met with North Korean football officials in Malaysia on Monday.
Normally, national teams each play a World Cup qualifier at home, but North Korea's refused to host in the past.
A KFA official said the South Korean players will most likely get to Pyeongyang on a flight from China and they've already applied for Chinese visas.
