Moon speaks to Saudi leader in wake of drone attack, vows to combat threats to global energy security

President Moon Jae-in has spoken to the leader of Saudi Arabia about last weekend's drone attack on the kingdom's key oil facilities.
Speaking to Prince Mohammed bin Salman over the phone this morning the South Korean leader relayed words of comfort to the prince and to the Saudi people who are reeling from the damage to its oil production.
President Moon added that such an attack threatening global energy security must not be repeated and stressed his administration fully supports the international community's efforts to eradicate terrorism.
Noting how 30 percent of South Korea's crude oil supply comes from Saudi Arabia President Moon expressed hope for the swift reconstruction of the damaged facilities,... and said Seoul is willing to support such efforts,... if needed.
