More than 23-thousand people have been evacuated in Thailand as extreme rain continues to batter the northeast of the country.

Authorities say 32 people have been killed amid the flooding since late August.
Heavy rain in southern Spain has also left at least six people dead and over thirty-five hundred displaced from their homes.
Thousands of people have been affected by the record rainfall over the coastal areas last week,... which has flooded roads and tunnels,... and swept away cars on the streets.
Airports, rail lines and major roads have been closed.
Police and emergency workers are helping those in need, with 15-hundred soldiers also involved in rescue efforts.
