Single Women Represent 41% of the Workforce
  • 5 years ago
Single women
are taking over
the workforce. Research by Morgan Stanley found that in 2018,
41% of working women ages 25 to 44 were single. It is estimated that by 2030, that number will increase to 45%. The growth is expected as more women obtain bachelor’s degrees and start families later. The growing presence of women in the workforce
will push corporations to implement better support for employees. The research also found that single women outspend married women, which has benefited the economy.
