Over at the top office,... an emergency National Security Council meeting was convened this morning and led by the nation's security chief, Chung Eui-yong.
According to the Blue House, the Council expressed grave concerns over North Korea's continued missile launches over the past several weeks.
The meeting was held via videoconferencing starting this morning at 8.
