NSC assistant director general says military 'strongly condemns' Chinese coast guard

National Security Council (NSC) assistant director general Jonathan Malaya says the Philippine military "strongly condemns the aggressive, dangerous, and unlawful actions by the Chinese coast guard".

The latest incident happened Saturday as the Philippine Coast Guard escorted charter boats carrying food, water, fuel and other supplies for Filipino military personnel stationed at Second Thomas Shoal, also known as Ayungin Shoal, in the Spratly Islands. (Vdeo Courtesy of AFP)
