Time now for our "Life & Info" segment... where we focus on information useful for your everyday life.
We begin with flu shots.
Starting this year, pregnant women can get flu vaccines for free at all public health centers or designated hospitals.
According to Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the program's been expanded to protect the health of infants.
Pregnant women can go to their local medical centers to get a shot starting October 15th.
Also eligible are children from 6 months to 12 years old and senior citizens over 65.
Children getting their first flu vaccine can go earlier, starting next Tuesday, while others can start going from October 15th.
Senior citizens 75 or older can also get their shots from the 15th, and those above 65 or older can go from October 22nd.
