According to Chinese media,... the U.S. and China have agreed to resume their trade talks in early October.
It's been over a month since their last meeting, and since then they've been putting even more tariffs on each other.
According to China's CCTV,.... the two countries' trade representatives spoke on the phone just hours ago, and agreed that high-level officials would meet early next month in Washington D.C.
They also reportedly agreed to hold working-level talks before then to prepare.
