North Carolina declares state of emergency ahead of Hurricane Dorian

As Hurricane Dorian moves up the east coast of the United States, North Carolina has also declared state of emergency on Wednesday.
Over 2-million people in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina are under mandatory evacuations.
The Category 2 storm is forecast to bring heavy winds and torrential rain until Friday local time before heading out into the Atlantic.
Earlier this week, the killer storm pounded the Bahamas, leaving at least 7 people dead.
